"We had received towels from the housekeeper. When I went to use the bath towels after my shower they were full of long black hairs. I got them on my face and body when drying off. They were also in the tub. Disgusting!!! We had the manager call and got no where with a reasonable compromise as he told us we booked it with a third party(Expedia)."

"we reserved a room with a in room jacuzzi. the front desk gave the last and only jacuzzi room that the hotel has to the lady who checked in right before me. the hotel only has 1 jacuzzi room not 4 like the website says. they were a bit resistant to give me a lesser rate, because we got a lesser room. very disappointed in this hotel. i will not recommend or stay here again. "
