"The guest house is in a beautiful quiet location with a great view of Portaria and Volos. The rooms themselves are very well kept, and very clean. There is great air conditioning in the room that kept it cool. The owner is lovely. Breakfast is included in the stay and though not put out at a specific time the owner always checks if you would like breakfast or coffee. "Το μερος ειναι ιδανικο για παιδια καθως εχει πολλες δραστηριοτητες και γκαζον σε ολο το ξενοδοχειο.τα δωματια αρκετα ευρυχωρα και οι ιδιοκτητες πολυ διακριτικοι και ευγενικοι. Το μονο που εχω να προσθεσω οτι η περιοχη ειχε αρκετα κουνουπια και σιγουρα θα χρειαστειτε φιδακια και αντικουνουπικα. "

"Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. "Sea, crystal clear, however, not recommended for those seeking sandy beaches, as it is rocky Property spotless clean, needs (maybe) some minor updating, although as it is, is absolutely fine Large rooms with breathtaking views, from the balcony, of the Pagasitic sea and the sunset Close proximity for a day trip to Trikeri and Agia Kuriakn, for fresh fish, sea urchins and lobsters and to nearby Argalasti, for fresh mountain air and good souvlaki under the platania in the village square "

"This family owned hotel in Tsagarada Pelion region, has a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The Hotel is right off the main road crossing the village, there is a small parking lot across the street. The complex includes the hotel rooms, a lovely restaurant and above a balcony that serves drinks and a wonderful view. All the staff snd family members we met were gracious and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. Breakfast is served outside under the grapevine, it’s very basic but, great atmosphere! We loved the 10 min walk to the 1000 yr old tree at the square, the lush greenery and friendly faces."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. While the property is a bit outdated, it has a cozy charm. The room was a bit tight for a family of four, and the uphill location might be challenging for those with mobility issues—especially older guests. However, the beautiful view from the rooms and the warm, helpful service from the manager made our stay very pleasant."
