Breakfast was put away early in the morning despite asking the front desk lady twice what time it was over because we had a very late check in and wanted to sleep in a bit the next morning. Other than that the place was perfect for the night.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Check-in and Check-out was easy. The breakfast was good and happy to see they were able to have egg options available. It was very helpful since I need to eat gluten free.

Very clean we arrived after 10:00 p.m. very easy check in and had cookies for us. Breakfast was wonderful, many choices great place even though we only stayed one night

It was okay, bugs were in our first room in our bed, wasn’t bed bugs or nice but gross still. The young lady who worked with us was kind however the middle aged lady the rest of our trip was seemingly completely uninterested in us and was rude.

I didn’t like how I could hear every step the person above us was taking. I could hear them taking a shower, as well as when the gentlemen took a high pressure pee at 5:00am. Not a good place to get any sleep.

Everyone was so friendly

I was very impressed with the hospitality from the moment i checked in.. front desk was very helpful and very friendly, check in was a breeze no issues.. room was clean, breakfast was good with many options.. will definitely be staying here in the spring when we return for another college visit

Very disappointing.

Both myself and my client experienced bizarre credit card charges far exceeding what we paid through Hotels.com. Weeks later it still is not resolved which leads me to believe it's part of their business practice to overcharge corporate or business clients in the hopes they will not review their costs. The staff that works the front desk was sometimes great and helpful. This was not consistent, as other staff was seemingly very inexperienced and emotionally volatile. From arguing with and shouting at my client to our team waiting for service while overhearing a young woman complaining loudly about her boyfriend and relationship on a personal call in the lobby.

Pella, Iowa, is a gem! We were there for a wedding. The property is old, but they have done a nice job updating it. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet. Unfortunately, the elevator had been out of order for almost a week, so we all had to walk up three flights of stairs in an unconditioned stairwell. This included older people, those with canes, and those with disabilities. Fortunately, we are very active and consider ourselves in good health, and it was still taxing for us. When we asked for a discount on our room, and yes, we had to ask, we were given a $10 discount for each night (we stayed two nights). The included breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, yogurt, Cheerios, Danish, bagels, and hard-boiled eggs. There weren't any scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. The room rate was $219, which, in my opinion, is too much even if the elevator is working.

We had multiple options of places to stay, all had hot tubs. My husband has chronic pain and we chose Country Inn because of their hot tub. We were never informed the hot tub wasn't working. Walked down to the pool area and there was a sign on the door. So very disappointing.
