"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July. We were shown to our bedroom at the end of a corridor. After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistook the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. "We enjoyed our stay at Chez Marie. It is a charming home with a lovely garden. Our host was very kind and provided us with a superb breakfast. Two things to keep in mind: 1) There may not be anyone there to greet you upon arrival so be sure to park in front of your room, dead center, not in front of the side rooms, and: 2) Your texts and phone calls will not be answered, English is not spoken at all. No problem, we still made ourselves understood and had a very nice time."

"Perfect setting in the Medieval part of Vaison-La-Romaine. Easy to walk within the old parts of the town and to get to the city center for a meal. We loved the pool and AC during the heat wave! Parking is a little hit or miss, but what is available is close by and very convenient."
