Hotel is looking a little old and in need of some updates. Clean though very basic. Do not rely on the airport shuttle as it does not arrive to collect you as I discovered and phone numbers at hotel do not get answered.

Nice hotel, with great rooms, nice staff and good location. Two problems however: (1) while the room was great, the bathroom was miserable (it badly needs refreshing), and (2) the price is relatively high and there was little negotiation even though the hotel is was empty. I had to pay an extra 70$ per night for a small extra bed for my 10yo son.

In the middle of town, no beaches nearby

Having travelled widely in Africa, this is by far the worst breakfast ever experienced. Very poor quality food, even more poorly prepared, presented cold and covered in flies.
