"My first stay here was a 10/10 and I was excited to return. This time, they were fully booked so they weren’t able to honor the room I paid for through Expedia and I had to take a different room. The room was not as expected - food was in the fridge and there were hairs in the bathroom and on a pillow. The staff was super friendly at check in and I appreciated that despite the issues above."
