We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely friendly hotel. Service was excellent and the facilities were all fine, and its just a short walk from the centre of Hamilton, the bus station and other points of interest

All was great. Spacious room, well kept and serviced. The property is beautifully landscaped so even if you are staying for work purposes, you feel like you are away. The pool is right beside the dining room so an after work swim is out of the question if you don’t want to be on display for the diners.

Lovely garden setting! Royal Palms had all we wanted; friendly staff, spacious room with comfortable bed and convenient location walking distance to downtown Hamilton. We would stay again!

As our cab from the airport pulled up to the beautiful Royal Palms we were greeted by a warm, personable manger to welcome us. The service was incredibly good and the accommodations were distinctive and luxurious. We were pampered the entire visit.

Charming smaller hotel. We’ll managed. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Much more personal attention than the larger resorts. Very nice breakfast included. We really enjoyed our quiet king bed comfortable suite. It was nice to make a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy it on our little private porch. All staff members were kind, accommodating and very sweet to us. Walking distance to Hamilton or a cheap and quick cab ride. Hotel offered a happy hour which was relaxing and an informative time with other guests. The grounds were friendly and inviting and beautifully maintained. Palomino restaurant had delicious food.
