"Prestige Hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The manager even came outside to personally welcome us and thank us for choosing to stay there, which made us feel truly valued. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the gentlemen working during breakfast service provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made every morning enjoyable. I felt so comfortable throughout our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. I would absolutely recommend Prestige Hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay. 10/10 !"

"Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Even got to meet the Manager on quite a few occasions who was wondering the resort, checking facilities (very impressed by this) On the same bus route to Batu Firinghi, Penang NP, Escape, Butterfly farm too. Would highly recommend for a staycation as it's quieter, spacious and centrally located."
Gurney Bay Hotel, A PARKROYAL PARTNER HOTEL

"We have stayed at Gurney Bay Hotel, at least four times. Each time, I can recognize the helpful and extremely friendly staff. From the receptionist, the porter, the cleaner, the wait staff, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. The one aspect I was a bit disappointed was that Gurney Bay no longer offered massage services on the 2nd floor of the premises. I assume it due to lack of interests. But it's a minor issue. Even though it's quite an 'old' hotel, established in 1997, it is so well maintained, with clean carpets, beds, and bathrooms. You can see the amazing history in the hotel. I genuinely hope the hotel continues to operate for another 30years a more. We will definitely be back to Gurney Bay Hotel on our next visit to Penang"
