"The staff were incredibly friendly. Right away they offered drinks while we checked in. We were able to use the pool and gym while we waited for our room to be ready. Very clean stay and open spaces. Breakfast had many options and changed depending on the day. Loved the variety of pools and jacuzzis for privacy or bigger groups. "

"Our family of five stayed at Junglo Resort and Spa over the holidays and had a wonderful overall experience. While we encountered a brief challenge due to a regional power outage (completely outside the resort’s control), the manager—who is also the owner—was on site, extremely attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure the guests were taken care of! The resort itself is new, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views. Our accommodations were very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help in any way they could. We also had the opportunity to speak with the owner about his vision for the future development and expansion of the resort. It’s clear he has the right ambition and passion, and we truly wish him continued success. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to La Fortuna and highly recommend Junglo Resort and Spa to others looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway."

"We had a wonderful stay here with our 5 teenage/young adult children. I was skeptical that the views and the rooms were as great as the pictures, but they were even better. We had two villas near each other for 7 people and had plenty of space. The location is private, yet a short Uber drive to La Fortuna. The food at the restaurant was great, though not a huge variety. There is AC in the rooms, which wasn't obvious from the listing, but much appreciated. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. If I had any criticism, it is that there are no loungers at the pool, only chairs. And yeah, it rained pretty hard on a couple of days. Overall, it was the perfect choice of hotel for us and I highly recommend it."

"The room was large and very comfortable for our group of four (two adults and two teenagers). We especially enjoyed the private thermal pool, which was an awesome addition. However, we did notice that some of the fixtures in the room are a bit dated, particularly the toilet. Updating these elements would significantly improve the overall experience. Thermal pools were nice and spacious"
