"Felt like a place off the beaten path. Small and cozy facility with great views of Arenal Volcano and the surrounding hills. The location is walkable to a convenient store, restaurant, and bakery at the bottom of the hill. And a restaurant at the top of the hill. The room is equipped with AC. "Overall we loved staying here. There was just enough room for our group of 10 (7 adults and 3 kids aged 4-17). The views of the lake and the volcano are absolutely breathtaking, and the house is situated on a beautiful property surrounded by jungle, so we saw lots of birds right off the porch. "This condo is just as advertised. It is in a beautiful spot with a view of Arenal volcano from the bedroom and a forest view from other rooms. There are windows everywhere but no other houses close enough that they could see into the unit. The air conditioner works well. It is not a newly renovated condo but was clean and comfortable. We didn't find it on the first try but the host was very responsive and helpful and got us there quickly."

"On the property lives 2 roosters which are very loud (and beautifull). And you have to feed them otherwise they will scream non stop. They start to beg for food around 4 am. Plus there is no hot water in sinks which makes living very uncomfortable (no dishwasher as well). If you want to have a nice shower - forget about it! Showers have electrical warmers and you have to use small water presser to make it work. We got no hot water in both bathrooms when we arrived. Later shower was fixed in...
