While there might not be top attractions in Riverside, you can explore the larger area and discover places like Pendleton Woolen Mills and Roy Raley Park.
Saddle up for the world-famous Pendleton Round-Up rodeo where cowboys compete in century-old traditions each September. Visit the Tamástslikt Cultural Institute and Pendleton Woollen Mills to explore Native American heritage and pick up iconic wool blankets crafted since 1909.
Try the Pendleton underground and the woolen mill tours. Eat at the Saddle and Roosters, both are very good. Enjoy Hamleys, it's quite interesting (saddlery, cafe, steakhouse, bar, western wear all under one roof).

For a town this size, there is a lot to do and it has such interesting history. We enjoyed several great restaurants and bars, shopping at the boutiques and learning about the history.

I noticed broken window glass in the back of the parking lot so we moved around towards the front where there were more cameras. Lots of the restaurants close at 8pm or are not open on Sundays
"We stopped for a quick overnight on our journey home and we loved staying here! Very clean and comfortable. Our room had a queen bed and a fold out double couch bed, perfect for our little family. The innkeeper was incredibly friendly and helpful and made sure to keep the breakfast items stocked when we saw us come in. We would definitely stay here again! "
"While budget hotels are not what they once were, this Motel 6 raised our reviews after having a very bad experience with another Motel 6 property. Amenities were sparse, as we’ve come to expect shampoo and a hair dryer! The office kindly offered a hairdryer and I had shampoo with me. Overall it was not an unpleasant experience! Thank you Staff"

"Really liked the combination lobby / bar / cafe. Very well done, modern style in an old building with a lot of clean lines but managed to pull it off where he's still a warm space. Rooms, bathrooms, and sinks were nicely updated very recently. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. Great location on the middle of "Main Street" in Pendleton's city center, also just a block from the river walk which is nice for an evening stroll or morning jog. "
