VILLA Estrelas PENICHE city center House Terrace with sea view Beach 300 meters

Our house (villa with 3 bedrooms) has a maximum capacity of 6 adults, two large terraces with sea view. Free parking. Complete baby kit. Our house has the advantage of being in the centre of town, yet quiet, out of sight of the neighbours, close to all the shops and restaurants and with a small beach 200 metres away. ( For information, it is possible to rent 2 other independents houses in the same street, a house with one bedroom and a house with two bedrooms; access, terrace, rental independent.Contact us if necessary ) Our villa, built on a rock, overlooks the ocean and has stairs (staircase to the kitchen and two terraces). For safety reasons, children are only admitted from the age of 12. At the back of the house, you can walk around the peninsula, overlooking the ocean with a breathtaking view. You are welcome to come and enjoy the beautiful views. Beatrice and Guy
