"My friend and I loved our stay here! The front desk woman was so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed the fireplace. We were in town for the Door County Half Marathon and The Homestead was in a perfect location to get there. It is located close to many cute shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!"

"I hosted my 2nd annual Cardio2Core retreat and this house couldnt have been more perfect! Absolutely beautiful in decor and layout! No master bedroom or ensuite bathrooms made room decisions for 16 ladies easy! The location was perfect! We were there for the Door County 1/2 Marathon and the shuttle was right across the street! Thank you so much for this beautiful property! We hope to be back soon!"

"The interior of the inn was wonderful, very clean, our room was spacious in very comfortable. The young lady at the front desk that I talked to was very helpful.Very very friendly. I have stayed here before and I haven't just as happy this time as I was last time. Away from the busyness, but yet easy to get to places. Breakfast was very adequate and I do love milk. So those large bottles we're great. I will stay again"

"Our 3-night stay at The Stone House was perfect! The property is stunning, and the house is very cute, homey and had all the amenities, even ones I wasn’t expecting, like make up removers in the bathroom and little scissors in case you needed them. We didn’t spend a lot of time outside as it was low 50’s, but I wish I could have enjoyed the backyard more, it is really beautiful. They have a great fire pit and lots of wood. The heating inside was a bit inconsistent, so I would have to turn up the thermostat and then down several times a day, but it was minor, they had lots of blankets to keep us warm. The beds were very comfortable too. One of the queen beds is on wheels on a hardwood floor, so you need to be careful about that . I definitely recommend staying at The Stone House! "
