"This is a really cute little place just on the edge of downtown, so easily in walking distance for dinner. Check in was really quick and staff was very nice. The bathroom looks like it was just redone, great shower and lots of hot water. Towels were fluffy - not threadbare and they had a makeup washcloth! Love that. The bed was very comfy but we got cold. We should've asked about an extra blanket, which we found the next day. That's on us. The only complaint I had was thin walls. We could hear a phone conversation in the next room and people taking luggage down the outside stairs - early. But aside from that this is a great place for a quick visit in Door County."

"The Settlement Inn & Lavendar Spa is in Fish Creek, the heart of the Door County Peninsula, which made it easier to explore all the towns up and down the coast. Our room was attractive and comfortable. We had a gas fireplace in our room, which was wonderful on cool evenings. We made use of the small kitchen area and dining table for a glass of wine and late night snacks. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. The inn is on Hwy 42 but feels quiet and secluded. We hope to return to Settlement Inn sometime soon."

"Owners were top notch and went over and above expectations. We had a one minor issue that they found before we arrived (air conditioner issue) they had it fixed, they made it up to us and just really amazing job! The location itself is awesome too. The pictures don't do it justice as everything was better than expected. We loved it, and will be back!"

"We love The Stone House. Very comfortable for two couples, with each having privacy in the separate wings of the home. The beds were very comfortable. Comfy lounging spaces and a kitchen equipped with ever we needed. The convenience items in the bathrooms were a well thought out addition. The porch is perfect for morning coffee so late afternoon cocktails. Everything is so well thought out here, and the hosts, Carla and Jay are so gracious. Can’t wait for the next visit!"
