Banyan Tree hotels in Peninsular Malaysia, Malaysia

Outstanding service, impeccable cleanliness, and exceptional comfort. A hotel you’ll gladly return to.

I loved it here! Super modern smart hotel, central location with several convenience shops next door, friendly staff. The self check-in was a bit weird because the staff go through it with you so it seems a bit pointless? However, a great time! I would 100% stay here again if I come back to KL!

The room was spacious, clean, modern and nice decorated.

Rooms are super clean but could do with changing the plug adaptor on the table as it does not work. Also WiFi signal is poor in the rooms. Staff are some of the best, super customer friendly and I absolutely coming here every year. Food is excellent as is the buffet. Thank you Sama Sama, a place never to be missed.

Upon entering the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by Thania (I hope I spelled her name right!). She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and we had a great little chat before I checked in. We had booked this hotel for one night due to a poor experience at another accommodation, and I was so thoroughly relieved to have been able to spend my last night in Malaysia at Hyatt. I was well rested, stress-free, and was able to wind down right before a long flight home. Thank you, and I highly recommend...
