"Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiésemos agradecido que nos dejarán ese mismo tiempo para salir más tarde."

"The apartment is a little tired and needs an update. Very difficult to find even though the location was pinned for us. I feel that it would be better if the host took you there and showed you how everything works. We couldn’t get the heating to work and couldn’t contact the host. We left early."

"Las vistas a la playa lo mejor del apartamento, no estaba muy limpio, los cristales del dormitorio ya no podían estar más sucios y hay telarañas en la terraza. Los muebles son muy viejos y en el armario hay una puerta que no se de dónde la sacaron pero que no encaja ni cierra bien , el colchón y los sofás tampoco son cómodos y la televisión es muy pequeña y muy mal sintonizada. El personal de la agencia muy amables y Peñíscola muy bonito "

"Appartement bien située et bien ajouré, résidence agréable.Pour le reste, l'appartement est ancien et nécessiterait rénovations (meubles à réparer, lattes à changer, plus d'eau chaude, plus de vaisselle, lavage des poêles dans les placards...), on entend les voisins, peu d'isolation, il ne faut pas être regardant.On aimerait revenir, l'idéal serait de faire les rénovations pour être vraiment bien. on reviendra surement"

"Check in didn’t go smoothly. The property manager stated he’d provide a translator which didn’t happen. He had me meet him at the office on a street that was closed and didn’t mention anything about it. He gave me vague directions on how to find the property and apartment. We never would have found the correct one if it wasn’t for a very helpful tenant upon our arrival. The apartment itself was very nice and location was excellent. There is also no conventional air conditioner present."

"La ubicación esta genial, fuera de todo el mogollón. El apartamento esta bien, pequeñito, pero suficiente para 4 personas. Esta muy desactualizado, faltaría algo de pintura, actualizar el sofá cama, el baño... la mampara de la bañera costaba que abriese y cerrase... habría que actualizar varias cosas!!"
