House in Peniscola, a small favorite town, essential for its splendor and its temperate climate.
Character house, two floors 150 m from a beautiful sandy beach, family and supervised, and 50 m from the ACUALANDIA water park. Comfortable for 7 people (4 sleeping areas).
Ground floor: large living room, new, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC, pantry with washing machine, an enclosed courtyard for 1 car and a terrace with barbecue.
Upstairs: a living room with a convertible sofa (2 people), a master bedroom (1 double bed), a bedroom with 2 small beds, a bedroom with a small bed and an office area, and a bathroom with toilet.
House near shops, restaurants, bus stop and “paseo” (promenade by the sea) to access the historic center, and the popular Papa Luna castle.
The tourist office on the beach will inform you on request of the many thermal baths around Peniscola and its surroundings, such as Morella with its castle (70km), Salou with Port Aventura, the city of Valencia with its essential aquarium, its city of Arts and Sciences, and also on the spot some practical information.

CASA ESTUPENDA

La casa esta muy nueva y muy limpia, todo perfecto! Tiene todo lo necesario en cuanto a utensilios y electrodomesticos. Esta muy bien situada, tiene la playa muy muy cerca y el paseo esta muy animado por la tarde/noche. Hay animaciones para los ninos y muchos restaurantes, cafeterias, heladerias... Se puede ir andando al centro de la ciudad, ya que el paseo es muy agradable. Aunque tambien es posible ir en bus, ya que hay una parada muy cerquita de la casa. Los propietarios son muy serviciales y simpaticos. No lo duden, es genial!

Maison presque parfaite pour de super vacances

Super vacances, maison idéalement située non loin de la mer et des boutiques. Très joli maison bien agencée, propriétaires très sympa ! Seul petit bémol il fait très chaud, une climatisation aurait été parfaite ! Je conseille cette maison pour les familles !

BUEN LUGAR DE VACACIONES

Disfruté de esta casa durante 5 días con mi familia y todo muy bien. Está muy cerca de la playa, no en primera línea, pero si muy cerca. Algo lejos del castillo, 40 minutos caminando pero tienes una parada de autobús al lado que en 5 minutos te deja allí. No obstante, para ir caminando está muy bien. Peñíscola tiene un paseo marítimo muy grande. Éramos 7 y todo fue fenomenal. Vicente muy majo y siempre dispuesto ayudarte y aconsejarte. Saludo,s

très bon séjour

une maison très agréable avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. la cour arrière est a l'ombre a l'heure des repas ce qui est très important compte tenu de la chaleur qu'il fait a peniscola. maison très bien située on peut tout faire a pied aller a la plage la piscine le resto les courses . on peut sans problème se passer de voiture pendant le séjour . le service de bus presque a la porte pour peniscola centre est très efficace. la maison est très bien conçue avec une cuisine récente et fonctionnelle . cependant dans les chambres a l'étage il fait très chaud et des ventilateurs silencieux au plafond seraient les bienvenus pour pouvoir dormir convenablement. Vraiment si je retourne a peniscola je louerai a nouveau cette maison

Super Villa

Nous avons passé une semaine excellente. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable. Convient parfaitement à 2 couples avec des enfants. Il manquerait juste un grille-pain et un grand saladier. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

séjour du 12 au 26 juin 2015

Maison agréable, très bien située et bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, avons réussi à se comprendre malgré la barrière de la langue. Pensons renouveler cette expérience l'an prochain, le coin est super et tout est à proximité. Petit bémol tout de même, la cafetière est trop petite pour 4 personnes et il y a trop peu de couvert (fourchettes, cuillères), on ne fait pas la journée à 4 et la location est prévue pour 6.
