TOWNHOUSE WITH ENTRANCE TO AQUATIC PARK
Newly renovated terraced house with patio of 90m2 and with free access to the water park Acualandia (from June to the end of September). It is located 200 meters from the beach and the promenade, where there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconist. The house consists of 1 room with a 150 bed and another room with a bunk bed with 150 bed below and 90 bed above. The mattresses are Flex with pocket springs for a better rest. Both rooms have ceiling fans. The house has in the distributor to the rooms and air conditioning lounge. The living room has a comfortable chaislonge sofa and an elevating coffee table in case you want to eat inside the house instead of in the patio. One of the bathrooms is in the patio and is perfect for when you come from the beach to remove the sand and climb without sand to the house. The house has a laundry room with a washing machine. There is a high chair in case you leave with small children and a crib (you have to let them know). The car can be parked inside the yard of the house. Outside the summer season ask about the operation of WIFI. PETS SHOULD REMAIN IN THE PATIO. THEY CAN SLEEP IN THE LAUNDRY AREA THAT IS CLOSED SO THAT THEY DO NOT GO COLD. FROM MID JUNE TO MID SEPTEMBER, ENTRIES AND DEPARTURES MUST BE MADE ON SUNDAY
