"My family had a great time at the Glain Orme. It was my husband, three children (ages 6,8,10), my mother-in-law and her friend. Due to pet restrictions, my father-in-law had to stay at the Grand Hotel with the dog. Overall our stay was excellent, and the accommodations were great. Apart from thinking there was a dryer on the premise (it was printed in the house book but not on the website) and the cable TV not working, we had a blast. "The Quay Hotel & Spa was a perfect stay, the decor and landscaping within and amongst the grounds is beautiful. The staff were so kind, attentive & professional. The Spa was very good as well, it seemed expertly constructed & amenities were fabulous. We enjoyed our room which had stunning view of the courtyard. I will be booking this hotel again for all of our North Wales stays! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"A fantastic location overlooking the Menai straits and bridge with a lovely garden and dining area. The food menu was extensive and caters for all tastes whilst being reasonably priced. The room was lovely, clean and a decent size. On-site parking and situated within yards of the town centre and waterfront it made for an easy place to walk out from. Staff were very friendly."
