La Conciergerie Bigoudène welcomes you to Rêve Bleu, an apartment located between the Eckmühl Lighthouse and the charming port of St Guénolé.



This apartment’s exceptional location offers you a panoramic ocean view!



Spend long moments gazing at the sea or grab your towel and walk directly to La Joie beach, right at the foot of the building.



Rêve Bleu is part of Résidence de la Mer, a private residence with private parking and direct beach access from the building.



This bright first-floor apartment features a terrace where you can dine just 10 meters from the sea, an entrance hall, an open living area with a well-equipped kitchen and sea-view lounge, a separate bedroom with sea view, a 160 cm bed and storage, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and a private cellar for bikes, stroller, or surfboard.



The sofa bed in the living room (140x190) can be used for children.



Amenities: complete dishware, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter and capsule coffee makers, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, TV, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs. BBQ not allowed.



Final cleaning and linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mat) are included in the cleaning fee and are mandatory.

Très belle surprise en arrivant avec cette grande baie vitrée sur la mer. Nous sommes arrivés tard, les explications étaient très bien. L'appartement est grand, propre, moderne. Le plus pour nous était de pouvoir mettre les vélos dans un box fermé au rez de chaussé, très pratique!
