Come and discover this charming house located in Penmarch, in South Finistère just a few metres from the sea. You will appreciate its garden ideal for enjoying barbecues, as well as its beautiful sea view from the living area.



This house accessible by a staircase and which has two, is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or for young children, moreover, with its small surface area, very well optimised, we recommend it for 4 to 5 travellers but it has 6 beds.



Upon your arrival, you will discover the living area with its lounge corner equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a **television** and a **stove**, ideal for moments of relaxation in front of a film or to admire the sea view. The kitchen, open to the rest of the living area and well equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a **filter coffee maker** are also at your disposal. You can have your meals indoors, or take advantage of the table set up on the terrace.

In the garden, the lounge and sun loungers will be perfect for you to relax and spend enjoyable moments together.
