The house is located in a quiet area near the port of Saint Guénolé (1 km) and close to the beach of Pors-Carn. You will find there all the comfort necessary for your holidays: An equipped kitchen (induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker). A large living room with dining room, living room with DVD player, TV, 1 sofa, 3 armchairs. 3 bedrooms with beds for 2 pers. Bed linen is provided (duvet, pillow and mattress cover) and beds are made. A bathroom with Italian shower. The bathroom linen is not provided. A separate WC from the bathroom. A garage with washing machine. Enclosed grounds of around 900 m² with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Pets are accepted.

Fantastic place. The beach Pors Carn is very close and there ate many others to disvover by bike or car. The house is very confotable and perfect equiped. We want to return.
Schönes Haus mit großem eingezäunten Garten, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es gerne weiterempfehlen.
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Oktoberwochen! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und das Haus super! Der Garten war toll für unsere Hunde und die Lage ist perfekt! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Nous avons apprécié cette maison fonctionnelle, de plain pied. Le terrain est entièrement cloturé ce qui est pratique avec notre chien. L'endroit est calme et proche des plages. Les balades à vélo depuis la maison sont nombreuses.
Sehr schönes Haus, in dem man sich direkt beim Betreten wohl fühlt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, insgesamt ist alles sehr gepflegt. Der große eingezäunte Garten ist super zum Spielen für die Kinder und auch sehr gut für Hunde geeignet. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Wenige Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand oder zu Bars und Creperien. mit dem Auto ist man schnell bei allen wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wenn wir wieder einmal in die Bretagne reisen, würden wir uns sehr freuen, hier wieder wohnen zu können.
Gut ausgestattet. 3 Schlafzimmer um sich zu verteilen. Viel Platz. Der Garten ist hundesicher eingezäunt. TV per Streaming (Xiaomi im)wenn man die Abos hat. Garage mit Platz für Surfbretter.
Wir hatten das Haus für unseren Sohn und seine Familie gebucht. Sie waren rundum sehr zufrieden und haben ihren Urlaub genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, die Lage zum Strand super und der Vermieter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, er kümmert sich umgehend um Fragen und Anliegen!
Wir waren für drei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und total begeistert. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, nicht weit vom Strand, gemütlich, sauber und wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Hund und wir haben diesen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.👋🏼Astrid & Reinhard
Outre l'accueil très sympa de Monsieur Loussouarn, tout est au point dans cette maison ; sans parler de sa proximité avec la plage.
La propriété étant bien clôturée, notre chien a pu y vivre tranquille dehors.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht.Das drei Fahrräder zu Verfügung standen haben wir als großartiges Plus empfunden.Auch sonst ist das Haus sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles an Utensilien was eine Familie braucht.
Highly recommended house close to great kite surfing / surf spots
We spent one excellent week in this comfortable house. It is very spacious and convenient for up to six people. Lots of storage facilities for our sports equipment and parking facility right in front of the house.
The kitchen is well equipped and the house overall exactly corresponds to the description on the site.
The surrounding area offers lots of things to discover and beaches nearby are excellent for surfing and kitesurfing.
The owner is very friendly and check-in & out were easy and a pleasant experience, too.
