    Large south-facing wooden terrace (lounge, deckchairs). Pergola for outdoor lunches (plancha). Large 800 m2 enclosed garden.
    The TY PLAD villa is ideally located in a quiet area of Penmarc'h. It's close to Pors Carn beach, Kérity harbor and Eckmühl lighthouse. The Torche spot is 5 minutes from the house. Enjoy the view of the lighthouse.
    The location is ideal for visiting the Pointe Bretagne: La pointe de la Torche, the port of Guilvinec or ST Guénolé with the arrival of the boats, the white sandy beaches of Steir or Pors Carn, the Bay of Audierne, Pont L'Abbé, Île Tudy, Bénodet, etc.
