"1000x better than the photos. Absolutely gorgeous home with plenty of space, great ammenities, and a host who is so helpful and replies quickly. We were able to add another night to our stay after the initial booking and I'm so glad we did. "

"Upon check in staff was friendly given our room right away. Once we entered our first room the smelled so strong of pine sol it was overwhelming. Went back to front desk explained asked for another room they changed us for two queens to a king. Went to the next room seemed ok so we choose to stay in that room. Went down to hot tub that evening since we had been traveling and choosy this hotel since it had a hot tub. Got to pool/hot tub room and the hot tub didn’t work and was very dirty. Explained to the staff the situation she said she would report it to maintenance. My wife asked about receiving a discount because of the problems we had experienced. She said to call on Monday to speak with the manager my wife thanked her and said she would call on Monday. My wife called and spoke to the manager on Monday and was informed that she could not offer any type of discount due to the fact that we booked thru hotels.com. "

"Here’s a polished review you can use (or tweak to your tone):⸻We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated having access to the garage—it made things so much more convenient during our stay.The location was also a huge plus—close to everything we needed while still being in a quiet, relaxing area. It made getting around easy and really added to the overall experience.Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking!"

"Location was great. I have nothing good to say about the rest. Pictures are not definitely up to date. Couldn’t access pool for the first 3 days( it was nasty had to be drained and took over a day to fill after countless calls and text for updates when promised to be available the next morning after check in) and offered to heat the pool but did not work either. Pool guy said fuse was blown and never showed back up. House was not cleaned. Items and trash were left from previous guests. Broken and missing knobs, broken toys, only 3 TVs and the 5th room is an office inside of a room with a door that does not close . Host apologized but offered nothing back for ALL of the inconveniences and then stopped responding and answering calls from us as well as Vrbo agents. "
