"Pool atea clean rooms clean. Needed extra towels they brought them up to us asap. Receptionist was nice offering ways to get discounts. Could have more stuff for breakfast but it what they had wasnt bad."

"Me and my niece stayed here for a weekend. The first rooom they gave us had no heat! So we had to sit around for over 30 minutes waiting for another room to become avaliable. Then when we got to the second room the hot water was janky, had to leave the water running for a while to get it hot. "

"Lovely hotel in a great area with lots of stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional! Room was immaculate and clean. Definitely will stay here every year I come to the Berks Jazz Festival. It’s only a 15 min drive."

"We were told we have housekeeping every other day with fresh towels and sheets. When they came, they left towels but did not make beds or do anything in the room itself Walls are so thin, we heard neighbors alarms all three mornings (both guests let their alarms go off for over an hour!). We could hear full conversations neighbors were having. Bed was comfortable and room clean."
