The food was excellent, the drinks were great, and the overall atmosphere made the stay feel really special. From the quality of the property to the dining and service, everything was top-notch. "Lovely room and gorgeous location. Best to have a car when coming as it is far away from major areas. Lots of in-house facilities and walks. Good for a relaxing break. We enjoyed family holiday, with visits to the pool and easy drive to Florence."

"Beautiful to stay in the main house. The breakfasts were great to start the day - really enjoyed sitting around the pool, nice and peaceful with amazing view. Rooms were comfortable. Easy to get out and try local restaurants and visit other places. Only think for us is it could do with a gym - if you're onsite all day, this would have just made the place perfect."

"The most prominent feature of this hotel is the terrace, what a fabulous view! The staff were very helpful and friendly, showing the Gym which is slightly hidden away behind the bar and the large relaxing public lounge. There is a wide offer for breakfast in a large room which I think is underused. It would for instance be a great place for a reception or other formal gathering."
