"Single star hotel!!"

"It was a pleasant stay. The room and facilities were clean and there was no noise issues"

"We had No hot water & the floor drain in the bathroom did not work, bathroom flooded. We were told to let the water run for at least 20 minutes to get hot water (which would have flooded the whole room). Staff did not immediately come to the room to check. Eventually at 4:00 a.m. & after my insistence, staff came & we were moved to a better room with hot water. Upon checkout, Staff appeared to be more concerned that the new room was occupied without their knowledge than that the old room (with hazardous conditions) was assigned to a aged ADA customer. Overall experience was very disappointing. (Especially as compared to former experiences with Doubletree) "

"I have a high tolerance for less than perfect hotels but this one just was too run down. It was shocking that it is allowed to be called a La Quinta. Things started off great with a late night pickup form the airport by a very helpful gentleman. But just down hill from there. The place smelled, everything was run down, the tv didn’t work. The bed was fine and though dirty, everything else worked. I just hadn’t been in a hotel that allowed itself to look that rough in a long time."

"Checked in and it was my fault for booking until Saturday not Sunday. But when I got back to my room they had thrown all my stuff out in a trash bag and left it outside the door of my hotel. They also took some of my items. Room had just a bed and a non smart tv. Not really worth what I paid. Not even at least a microwave. Anyways I should not have had things missing even if I got checked out too early. The last hotel I left something at kept my stuff for a certain amount of time before they allowed their workers to keep my items"
