"This place is awesome. The staff was so kind and helpful. The infinity pool was great. The restaurant food was to die for. They have Pilates machines. I ❤️ Pilates. Only thing I noticed was the blind in our room had a stain on it and the couch was pretty dirty looking which I didn’t expect for country club standards but over all I rate it highly and we’ll be coming back for sure. "

"This hotel is under construction. Our rooms windows were covered outside (no view whatsoever) as they were actively jack hammering out front of the hotel by 8am. Down the hall a crew was active daily, so if you want to book a stay, be ready for some construction activity all around you. It's a beautiful old hotel in need of renovation, but unless you enjoy being in the middle, I'd book elsewhere in Manitou Springs until they finish the job."

"The power went out a few times. It's a little dated but for the price it wasn't bad. The hot tub was closed which was a bummer. Again for the price we don't have any complaints. Breakfast was good. We even mentioned that it was better than some of the more expensive hotels we have stayed at recently."

"Room was okay. You can tell it is outdated. Room 316 is very noisy. I’m not sure what is above it but there was a ton of banging around at 11pm as well as a ton of traffic noise from the rode. Pool and hot tub fun for kids."
