"My grandson had an allergic reaction the day we arrived. . We were at the hospital all day. The Dr. told us if he wasn't better in the morning, he'd be admitted. We left that night. The front desk manager, Leah Kocke, was very sympathetic and gave us a full refund. Without hesitating!!! I needed that!! We made it home safe and my grandson is doing so much better. "We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great, the condo was fabulous, the communication was great, the view was beautiful, the nachos by the pool were awesome. The only downside to the entire trip was there was no breakfast options in the onsite restaurant for the weekend that we were staying. We had a great time and plan on visiting again. An added plus to our mini vacation was that circumstances were just right to request a late check and we were able to spend our Sunday in the pool before driving home later in the day for home. "
