  • Step into this private centrally located oasis — the perfect family retreat. From the hallway entrance, Bedroom 1 is to the right with access to a private bathroom and laundry. To the left are the open living room and kitchen. Off the living area is the master family suite featuring a queen bed, separate double-bed room, and shared bathroom. The split layout gives two families excellent privacy.
    Outside, the safe fenced backyard pool area is ideal for entertaining with a BBQ, outdoor TV, and two separate sitting areas. Ample parking for 2 vehicles. Close to downtown, beaches & wineries yet quietly tucked away
