"My family had a great time at the Glain Orme. It was my husband, three children (ages 6,8,10), my mother-in-law and her friend. Due to pet restrictions, my father-in-law had to stay at the Grand Hotel with the dog. Overall our stay was excellent, and the accommodations were great. Apart from thinking there was a dryer on the premise (it was printed in the house book but not on the website) and the cable TV not working, we had a blast. "We had a wonderful stay at IXORA. The location is perfect, right next to the lagoon and hills, offering beautiful views. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We spent some time in the hotel spa, it was incredibly relaxing and definitely worth the fee. As dog owners, we really appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere and the outdoor garden, which was perfect for short morning walks. The staff were all very friendly. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a drinking water refill station for guests. Overall, highly recommended!"

Several delightful rooms to tarry whilst reading or having a beverage including the main library with a very nice fire on a windy, chilly night. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "The hotel is ideally situated for exploring north wales. From check in to check out our weekend stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate in the bar and the restaurant and can recommend both. Breakfast is self serve with a good selection of options. The building was well heated and the rooms were comfortable. This was a second visit and definitely won’t be the last."
