  • Our newly advertised 2-bedroom 1.5 bath home in Pentwater located directy on the Pentwater River has been completly remodeled in 2026. This home features a brand new kitchen, flooring, furnature and appliances. There is 1450 SQF you will enjoy the view from our large 250 sqf elevated exterior deck overlooking the Pentwater river & several hundred acres of natural woods. The lower level recreation room has a card table and ping pong table. This country setting is on a quite low traffic road located on 1.5 wooded acres with 300 feet direclty on the river. This is a natural camp-like setting with a campfire area on the river edge. The home is aprox 2 mile east downtown Pentwater and 2.5 miles to Lake Michigan beaches. Bring your own Kayaks/Canoes and Fishing Poles and plan to enjoy your trip.

Renter can use the Pentwater River a public waterway at there own risk. The river current and flow level and fluctuates.

If you choose to use our washer please keep it at current medium load setting. Do not unplug the the power coard in the lower level bathroom.
