House for 7 Grand Bambou - superb sea view

Discover this charming holiday home located in Penvénan, just a stone's throw from the ocean. Ideal for families, this property offers a cosy and warm setting, perfect for an unforgettable stay. You will benefit from a large garden and a terrace with a breathtaking view, perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors. The first beach is just 3 km away, allowing you to enjoy the coolness of the water in summer. Moreover, if you love adventure, several hiking trails await you nearby, to explore the beauty of the Breton coast.



In this house, you will find a comfortable living room area, with a sofa, a television and a (non-functional) fireplace. It is open to the dining room, and the fully equipped kitchen is just behind. It includes modern appliances: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, filter coffee machine and a Senseo, microwave, kettle, toaster, raclette maker and an electric barbecue.



Upstairs, you will discover the bedrooms: two rooms are equipped with a double bed (140x190). The last bedroom has two trundle beds, thus offering three possible sleeping arrangements with three single beds (90x190). You will also find a shower room and a separate toilet.

All rooms in the house offer a superb sea view!



For more comfort, you will find on the ground floor a beach return shower, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a second refrigerator/freezer and additional storage space.

The house is semi-detached with the chalet "le Petit Bambou", which can be booked on our site and can accommodate 5 people.

Regarding parking, you can temporarily park in the courtyard to unload your luggage and shopping. However, for longer parking, you will need to go up to Rue des Mouettes, where you will find free parking spaces.
