"Because there were no 'out side' photos of this property
it was hard to tell the there where 7 flights of 7 stairs.
I think that as I asked if the shower was accessible, you probably should have mention the stairs. Because clearly I had not noticed this in the blurb for your site.
My my is 92 years old. We only stayed one night, because it was almost impossible for her to get up so many stairs"

"We were disappointed in this room. If you get an unrenovated room, it looks nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the shower grout and the housekeepers rag was hanging on our shower curtain rod when we got the room. These rooms really need to be renovated for the prices you pay!"

"We got an amazing (upgraded) large spotless-clean room. It had a terrace with a great view of the bay. The staff were very kind and friendly and told us about all the activities they have on premises - which we enjoyed a lot. We had a delicious dinner at their restaurant - every dish was top-notch. Our whole experience had a very premium, luxurious feel from start to finish - a must-stay if walking the QCT!"

"Clean good rooms, comfortable. Communication beforehand was non-existent. Asked about parking on the premises for trailer and had no response. Get to the property and had to struggle as parking was a nightmare to get a trailer in and up the very tight driveway. "
