"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Wien. The room was spotless. The staff were so helpful. The location was unbeatable. I had lunch here on my last day, and it was delicious. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Would recommend it wholeheartedly and would definitely stay here again on my return to Vienna. Thank you."

"The property was lovely and clean. Check in was quick and easy. The staff spoke English very well. The hotel is centrally located so we were able to walk to good restaurants and tourist sights, such as St. Stephens Cathedral. Also the tap water was excellent for drinking (no taste). The only drawback was not being able to make tea and coffee in our room."

"Very clean, very comfortable, very close to Metro The only downside for the first day was very loud street noise in the middle of the night, and the staff say there’s nothing they can do because it is a city centre hotel… Second night was better because I was too tired and fell asleep right away, but if you’re very sensitive to noise, maybe this is not for you"

"The hotel location is perfect and close to many major attractions, e.g., Hofburg Palace, Opera, Stephansplatz, with many transport options (e.g., tram, bus), extremely close by. The hotel staff were extremely helpful whenever I had any questions and everything worked perfectly, The bar staff were great, as were reception staff and those welcoming you to breakfast. There are two saunas, a gym, pool, and jacuzzi. The indoor pool is decent size for a few lengths and also has a counter current jet stream option too. I included breakfast with my stay and the selection was plentiful and sufficient. I would not hesitate to return back to Le Meridien due to the amenities, central location and staff."
