Slice of the good Life: Concord A8

Minutes drive to get on I74 and less than 4 miles to Downtown Peoria (OSF, Carle, Caterpillar). This centrally located apartment complex can be your next home-away-from-home.
Unique unit set-up where you will literally live in a slice of the overall round master floorplan, complete with a built-in media wall for the 55` Smart TV.
Situated on the ground level, this apartment unit has no stairs.
Shared laundry area with other guests with complimentary detergent.

This apartment is located on the bottom floor (no stairs!).

Parking is free and unassigned, but we do ask that guests do not block the lane in the back.

Laundry is complimentary and located on the bottom floor. We provide complimentary laundry detergent.

Guests are provided an access code for entry into the building and a unique code into your individual apartment unit.

The outside of the building and parking lot is video monitored 24/7. There are cameras in the entry and exit areas only. There are no cameras inside the individual units.

Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this building or on the balconies. Guests are asked to smoke 200ft away from the building. Violators of this rule are subject to a $200 ozone-cleaning fee and may be at risk of immediate eviction with no refund.

Please keep all noise levels to a reasonable volume between the hours of 10pm until 8am.
