"Was apprehensive about room facing Bussel Hwy, but the double glazed window worked a treat. No problems! Parking at the room door. Continental breakfast was simple, cereals toast and pancakes. Woman in attendance was cheery and helpful. Walk, or drive to main street with restaurants, bars etc. Liked Busselton a lot for a break."

"Room was amazing, very clean. Reception was oakayish. Directions to our room from underground and the map were as clear as mud. Told we couldn’t get into our room until 3pm, check in at 2pm. Had to be at a wedding by 3.30pm. Tried numerous times to ring the hotel but it just rang out even though the receptionist was sitting in the office."

"Nice motel to stay at. Easy to find and only 8 min drive from the Dolphin Centre. Pool looked lovely although didnt use it. Good air conditioning. Wouldnt hestate to stay here another time in Bunbury."

"The ocean was visible on the horizon from our room with clear views out into the sea beyond. Beautiful - real - plants hung over the edges of all the balconies, cascading down to create an indoor green space and lovely ambience. The design of this Hotel is in the round so that each room has an outward facing balcony accessible from the room itself & this adds another element. Parking was available within the hotel parking area and close to exits. Overall we had a peaceful stay and would not hesitate to return again."

"Check in was rushed , wasn’t explained very well where our room was located , spent 15 minutes looking for it. Room was outdated for price . Bed was too soft did speak to the duty manager as I have a bad back, house keeping came to room with a white looking doona that had yellow stains over it and was told that was a mattress topper , house keeping were shocked at condition of it as she pulled out of a black garbage bag, then maintence came to our room with a big square piece of wooden board , stripped the bed sheet off , place wood on top of mattress and put sheet on top . That was so hard my partner took it off and went and saw duty manager he said best he could do as all mattresses are the same , he said no one had ever complained about the matresses been soft before . Dinner valentines night waited 90 minutes for food , food was below average , looked at 13 dirty tables during our visit , staff member was rude, when paying our bill the lady asked if “ I had calm down and wanted to talk . My reply was no and headed to to the duty manager. I did also make a written complaint to the Abbey and they replied but didn’t really care , for the money we paid for a 2 night stay , very disappointing. Would not go back ."
