"Horrible, First the when you set the location of the hotel from the hotels.com app , the hotel is not there. It is 10 KM from the location showing from your app. Untrained unprofessional staffs Lack of choices of foods and drinks Flies over food spread in Breakfast, less of people to serve, empty food trays for breakfast, no one was there to refill Over Horrible Hotel, you should stop booking it, sheer loose of money, not worth be paid more than INR 1000 "

"The money spent for online hotel booking is not worth it. It is an unpleasant stay, and the receptionist was unfriendly. Bathrooms were smelling like drainage, walls were broken, bathroom latches were broken. You have to ask for everything (bedsheet, soap, etc) otherwise they don't provide it proactively. I found out that the online price is double when compared to walk in booking price. "
