"We had a corner room which was great. We didn’t see the cleaning staff."

"We were disappointed when we arrived and learnt our room was not even on the Main Street that faces the marina. We were off the back street, obviously next to permanent residents. Our room was smelly, with old and damaged furniture. The pictures on Expedia are misleading as we had no view, we had old damaged furniture, and we were off the back road and nowhere Palmer Street. "Great location, 10 minute walk to ferry terminal to Magnetic Island. Several wonderful restaurants to choose from. "

"Beautiful apartment and staff were friendly but so many people struggled to get in to reception as they have the door locked during open hours. I personally had to ring the out of hours number on the door to get them to push the button to unlock the door borh times we stayed. Other than that reception does have someone in there and the rest of check in is easy and the Appartments are lovely. "
