"Advertised the room came with a breakfast and it did not."

"Whole experience was Meh… The service, the food, the room etc. Was given the furthest away room even though I was told it was not far… ordered food that I was told would take 10 mins - it took 30 mins and was not great. The room was awkward - TV on the side wall from the bed… and it was loud. You can literally hear EVERY single car passing by on the freeway All night. And there was NO SHOWER DOOR! Not even a curtain! The water from the shower just leaks all over the floor and you can’t have any steam. Like what corporate hack thought that was a good idea to save a buck… seriously? Would not recommend this place nor will I stay here again."

"I was happy with this stay. Room was clean, staff was very accommodating, which is absent in most hotels. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast! Air and heating worked very well. Good location and close to many restaurants and shopping. Quiet hotel to stay at. Rosa is a great manager and has staff that's been with her for years."

"Staff was very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Rooms were nice. Pool and hot tub was great and clean. "

"There were a few signs of wear and tear but overall it was a nice hotel. I would stay here again with my family. The place, room, pool, breakfast area was clean and I didn't feel dirty. I have a thing about floors. SOME places feel like the floor hasn't been cleaned in years but the room we were in I felt comfortable to walk around without my shoes. "

"Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms, great location close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was cheap and was really nice buffet style. Pool was nice and hot tub very hot. "
