"The beds had holes in the mattress the size of Texas there was no hot water in the sink. The Wi-Fi barely worked, I had to get the sweet lady at the front desk to help with the Wi-Fi. The pool was on the same floor so kids screamed all day and night.there was hair in the bath tub, the floor was filthy. ..."
