"Our annual NYE beach trip was great in this condo! We loved the decks and views were amazing. Even though it’s too cold for the beach we definitely enjoyed our stay. We watch a lot of football, eat good seafood, and hang out at Flora Bama and it was so convenient to just walk next door. If the shower heads in both bathrooms get fixed - we will definitely book here again. The master tub/shower combo also didn’t drain properly- other than that it was perfect. "

"Thank you so much for hosting us. The house was perfect and very beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and well set up, and we had a great time.I just wanted to mention two small things for your awareness:•The bathtub didn’t seem to drain water very quickly, possibly due to a hair clog.•Dishwashing pods were missing.Other than these minor items, everything was excellent. Thank you again for your hospitality we really enjoyed the home."

"Condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The view was fantastic, beautiful beach. We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony. The only complaint I had is was no parking except across the street due to maintenance on the parking garage and pool area. That is only temporary. However, the owner was very kind to accommodate us with parking closer. We would definitely recommend this condo"

"Awesome spot and there was a massage chair. My wife ate a big chicken pot pie and took a massage afterwards. She was so happy and slept so good afterwards. "

"We hosted family and friends for a reception and this house couldn’t have fit the bill more perfectly. It worked out so well with the split sides. Having two kitchens with that many people was amazing! We used one as the “drink” kitchen and the second as the “food” kitchen. Everyone’s favorite part was sitting out on the chairs on the front deck enjoying the view. While it was in the high 70’s the pool was too chilly to get into. A heater option would be the icing on the cake! We did make great use of the hot tub and appreciated the ability to control the temp to our liking.Everyone loved it and we would happily come back if the need ever presented itself. It also works well for an event where you have more than 20 coming into the property. We had a catered party under the house and it was plenty of space for catering tables tor 25 and the driveway was great for not only the catering truck but all the cars we had at various times. We did end up buying laundry pods and cleaner as those items were sparse so if you need to do a lot of laundry like we did, that would be my suggestion. :). The fire pit is amazing so make sure you get some fire wood to enjoy!! Beach access is just a short walk as well. Oh and having AC’s on each floor was great too, and they are ice cold which sometimes is an issue in rentals. All in all great experience and highly recommend. "

"This is our second stay at this property and we are already looking for to our next trip. The property is situated right on the beach and you are on the sand path to the beach just steps from the back door. The inside is welcoming and has a beach vibe throughout! It is also a plus to have a place at ground level to store you ice chest, chairs or what every you bring to the beach. (there is also a small room under the stairs with some extra beach items as well) I would highly recommend The Dory!"
