PRIVATE HEATED POOL/SPA, PRIVATE BEACH, GAMEROOM, VOLLEY/PICKLEBALL. BOAT DOCK

10/10 Excellent

"This property is incredible! We were looking for a place that would be comfortable for 6 adults and 4 kids where we could relax, swim and fish with minimal effort. This place was everything we wanted and more. The house itself was very clean and very well stocked with everything we could've possibly needed. And for outdoor activities, we didn't have enough time to enjoy all of amenities. There are kayaks, paddle boards, multiple life vests for all ages, an incredible pool and spa, outdoor grill and TV, beach volleyball, mini golf, ice machine, plenty of comfortable seating, and more. And the view of the water, just stunning. Communication with the host/concierge was easy with quick responses. We only had 4 days there, that's the only negative thing I can say! We'll definitely be going back when we can stay longer. Thank you Bailey Vacation Properties for a wonderful place to celebrate my 60th birthday!"

Oceanfront Condo, Gated Entry, Pool, King Bed, <100 Steps to Sand.

10/10 Excellent

"Small and mighty condo! All furnishings were quality and well maintained. Coming from someone who was a "door and window" expert in a past position, they were very heavy duty and well rated millworks. And this place has EVERYTHING single item you would want -- same as home - down to the pots, pans, snacks, dishes, thoughtful bathroom items -- just everything! Even though it was literllay right behind the pool, we never heard any noise due to the well rated doors and windows. The only aggravating thing was the door lock -- HATED it. It was so hard for me to lock and unlock that if there were a fire and I panicked, I would struggle to get out. It made me worried. That would be the only reason I wouldn't rent again - sorry. Such an amazing place."
