"I hate to write negative reviews. But the main issue with the room was the overwhelming scent that permeated it. I spent the night coughing, reacting to it. I was to be joined by one of my kids the following day who is extremely allergic, and I knew that we could not stay there. The front office said that they could put me in another room without a room deodorizer, however, the smell would be bad. I asked what that meant and they said it was because it has a very old building smell. They kindly gave me a refund for the remaining nights I was to stay there. I will say that the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The actual premises have a remote feel to it. I never made use of the restaurant, etc."

"The kitchen was not a well-equipped kitchen as described. The pots and pans were random pieces, a plastic stained mixing bowl, etc. One would expect at least a beach decor feel with coordinating furnishings. This condo was drab with a hodge podge of living room interiors. Area rug and accent pillow very worn. Patio furniture had unmatching, uncomfortable seating. The view was outstanding and the patio was spacious. The condo needs some updates to justify the rental rates."

"We really enjoyed this stay. Price was perfect. The reservation process was simple, guest portal easy to access and had information on everything we needed. Guest service available by phone and text. I had a question and response was essentially immediate. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable, air temp setting perfect and AC quiet. Great location with public beach access. Would definitely stay at this property again."

"It was clean, great view. The windows need to be cleaned. The kitchen was stocked fine for us because I didn’t cook and we only ate breakfast in the unit. If you are planning to cook bring everything you need because cooking utensils is very limited. The front door needs weather stripping because it stormed three different days that we were there and the wind whistled through the front door very annoying! The building is very tired and needs updating."

"We had a wonderful stay and we will be back. It was very spacious. Loved the beds, very comfortable. It was very clean. Very good for large families or groups. Only thing I would have enjoyed more would have been having access to the elevator and I wish there would have been a Kuerig coffee pot."
