Bitter sweet
The first night we were given a room with view of a roof top filled with hundreds of pigeons that made a lot of noise, the bed was hard as a rock, I went to the front desk and was told they didnt have another room, but it was not true because there were rooms available through expedia, we had dinner and our waiter leo was nasty and rude, the following day I rebooked and this time we got a nice clean confortable room. Leo apologized to us, overall its a good hotel, but still too thirld world in some aspects

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, buenas instalaciones, personal muy cordial. Lo negativo es que cuentan con un solo ascensor y a veces se complica el acceso y hay un tema con la tubería es complicado mantener la temperatura de agua para la ducha a parte de eso muy buen lugar.

I have stayed at other properties near this property that had much bigger rooms, much quieter, and cheaper. I am most upset about the amount of noise I can here in the room. I was woken up several times by people talking in the hallway and at 2 am by someone blow drying their hair from another room. The food in the restaurant was not that great. I had salmon with shrimp rice. Everything was over cooked and dry. Definitely will not be returning.

Front desk. Miss Erika. I charge taxes. I have been to many hotels and they never charge me more than what I pay at Expidia. and she said that she didn't care about Expidia. but I had to pay taxes. saying that my passport is Mexican and it is American. and she said that she entered Colombia with a work visa. when she comes in as a tourist. her service is terrible

The Wifi did not always work, very inconvenience if you are trying to do business. The shower pressure was not impressive.

Everyone was really nice! The hotel was full and I got a free upgrade, totally unexpected but such an amazing surprise. The only thing I'd say could improve is the food, there's no variety, especially at the rooftop restaurant. Other than that, this was a great stay, one of the best hotels I've stayed in Colombia.

Nice hotel with a very central location, cant beat that. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, parking is a block away. Nice breakfast, dinner was ok on the rooftop restaurant, with stunning city views and live music.

Location is great, right in the city center and within walking distance of just about anywhere. Room was very clean but a little on the small side, especially the bathroom. The staff was VERY helpful and understood most of my subpar Spanish skills. I will absolutely stay here on my next trip to Pereira, and would suggest it to anybody traveling to the city.

AC wasn't working properly, so was hotter on the night time also they offer shuttle to the airport and we we arrive the driver charge ois for the trip more that a regular cab. We tell that was part of the hotel services.

This Hotel us AMAZING great customer service, large, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location, across from the park with many places to eat and shop, quiet, great breakfast and room service, rooftop Skyloungue has an amazing view of the city, as good as any 5-star hotel, highly recommended.
