10/10 Exceptional! (6 reviews)
We stayed in a type c property with two separate self- contained bedrooms which was connected with a dual lockable door. The facilities were good although some maintenance was required on the cupboard doors. The pools were nice although the tiles were coming off and required maintenance as well.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
The Kuala Lumpur Journal was a good hotel, and I had no complaints about my stay. Overall, everything was fine, but I felt it was overpriced for what it offered. I would consider it an average hotel and would rate it as a normal, satisfactory stay rather than an exceptional experience.

"The bathroom had a strong and unpleasant odour, which appeared to be caused by a plumbing issue. Having stayed at Wyndham properties around the world, I found this experience particularly disappointing and well below the standard I would expect from the brand.
