"A delightful stay for our family of four. David (host) provided a super warm welcome and was was on hand when ever needed to provide advice and local travel tips. We enjoyed kayaking on and wild swimming in the Dordogne River and tributories... the water was crystal clear and warm (unlike any river in England!). So many lovely places to explore from a relaxing base with large pool, generous living accommodation and beautiful grounds.We would highly recommend."

"Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines. C'est calme et reposant, nous sommes en pleine nature. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le gîte est très beau et profite d'une terrasse avec une magnifique vue dégagée. Il reste frais même avec la chaleur. La piscine est suffisamment grande et très appréciée. La région est belle à visiter. Nous conseillons cette location."

"Super sejour, les maisons sont grandes ainsi que les chambres. La piscine est propre et chauffée. Georges est très gentil et très souriant, il est très agréable. Il répond rapidement aux messages. Le linge de lit et de toilettes sont fournis. Le voisinage est discret mais très gentil. La région est magnifique. Je recommande. Une bonne continuation à Georges. Et merci pour votre accueil chaleureux."

"This is a lovely house, it is very spacious and comfortable with everything you would need. Overall very clean and comfortable. This is a great place to relax as the garden is large and completely private. Loved the swimming pool, the outdoor terrace and day bed which were lovely. It was definitely a highlight moment to enjoy a BBQ on the terrace with a glass of wine as the sun slowly set! It is definitely in rural France, but Monpazier is very close for buying essentials, and Monpazier is a great place to visit anyway. We used this as a base for day trips to lots of Dordogne attractions, which were all easy to get to and did not involve too much driving. Cecile and Laurent were great hosts."
