"I booked a room for 3nights.. On the 2nd day my room key was not working. I went to front desk to let them know. They provided me new keys but they also checked me out of my room by mistake.. I had to pay another almost $600 to get checked back in while the other charges were still pending from my original check in..Now I got 2 charges pending on my account totaling over $1200 . I got all that money tied up. Now suppose I did not have the money to cover two hotel check ins.. Would I have had to leave because of something that was not my fault. I was displeased on that issue."

"The staff was amazing. Every need was attended to within a few minutes. They have body, shampoo and conditioner already in the shower. The room was clean and the bed was just soft enough to get a good night's sleep."
