"I stayed at Bear Creek Mountain Resort this past weekend and overall had a really nice experience. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the food was also very good. One of the highlights for me was the pools—we loved having both indoor and outdoor options to enjoy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, which always makes a stay more enjoyable. The only downside—and for me it’s a big one—was the air conditioning in the room. The temperature stayed around 75°F, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. I ended up opening the window, which honestly saved the night. I’m not sure if this is an issue in all rooms, but I was in room 325. That said, I would definitely come back because everything else was great. I just hope the AC situation is improved, especially with summer coming—otherwise it could make a stay pretty uncomfortable."

"My husband and I had a great overall experience staying at the Element in King of Prussia this past weekend. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was how professionally and quickly the team handled an issue on our last evening. Unfortunately, guests in the room next to us were smoking, which began to affect our room. Mind you this is a smoke-free hotel. We called down to the front desk, and despite it being late and last-minute, the staff responded immediately and were able to move us to another room without any hassle. We truly appreciated how understanding and efficient they were in resolving the situation. Their responsiveness and commitment to guest comfort made a big difference and turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. We’re very grateful for their help and would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

"Casino was not lively but better than the stay, the room had no windows and they didn't give me the option of choosing a room with or without window, bed was comfortable though. No restaurants like advertised only eateries which all did not open until Friday. Location was NOT convenient"
