"The exit door was broken, and I informed the front desk about it. The door was making too much noise because the hinge was damaged. Every time it closed, it would slam, and we were right next to the exit door, which was very annoying. Unfortunately, nobody listened to our concerns during our five-day stay."

They also have snacks for sale at the lobby if you arrive late and a great selection Convenient parking easy and free "

"This hotel naturally caters to oil field workers- men who may not notice bad housekeeping. Staff, checking in and needing to borrow a bottle opener and needing change was helpful. Oily fingerprints around door jams, Urine around toilet base, even a nicotine pouch stuck to a wall in plain sight. Come on Baymont- do better"

"Our stay was good we had no issues this was our 2nd time staying there The staff was great the complimentary breakfast was good."

"As soon as we arrived at the room, we noticed an orange stain on one of the beds. I called the front desk to request new sheets, but 30 minutes passed and nobody had came i had open the door and are there where cleaning ladys i asked them if they had bedsheets and they told me somebody would come by soon. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came by so I went downstairs to ask her receptionist if she had some so I could replace them myself she ended up following me and told me she would get me some herself. She said there was no clean, but the ladies that I had asked first for sale in the hallway and they provided me some finally they offered to put the sheets for me, but we have been in the hotel for 45 minutes so I just did it myself and to top it off and we got in the shower of the shower curtain had a booger and hair stuck to it. The hotel is nice and great area but next time I’ll just choose the next-door to stay instead of there."

"very old facility, i booked a non smoking room and found out that it had the cigarrete smell impregnated in the walls. the breakfast not good, the contruction pretty old, carpets seem old too. bad experience over all. "

"The bathtub shower was falling apart. Rotten sheetrock, cracked shower insert. Lightbulbs burn out in the room. The elevators were broken. Had to take the stairs. Carpet in the hallways were filthy."
