  • Recent renovation: all comforts. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed each, a dormitory with a double bed (behind a screen) and 6 single beds. To access the two rooms you have to go through the dormitory.
    2 showers and 2 toilets, 1 of which is separate. Living room 60m2 with the entrance.
    Heating: electric convectors for the bathrooms and sleeping areas, wood stove for the living room.
    Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, visits to volcanic sites are on the programme in this gentle and accessible mountain. Close to both the Chaîne des Puys and the Massif du Sancy: 20 minutes from La Bourboule or Mont Dore, 40 minutes from Clermont Ferrand.
    Located in a valley without a car exit and isolated, calm is assured in the middle of the work of the farmers alone. Nearest house at 200m. Land 2000 m2 surrounded by meadows. Altitude 950m. Altitude surrounding mountains: 1500m.

Très belle maison, bien entretenue, bien équipée et bien isolée. Le séjour a été très agréable et calme. Le propriétaire nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour le déroulement du séjour. A recommander !

Ce logement est un véritable petit cocon niché dans les collines tout proche de La Bourboule ou le Mont d'or. Le coin salon est un vrai coin cosy, un large canapé, de confortables fauteuils se tiennent devant un poele à bois plus qu'efficace!! Vous y trouverez des equipements modernes (TV, sono etc) De nombreux jeux de societes sont presents sur place autant pour adultes que pour les tout petits. La cuisine est tres bien equipee. Les chambres et salle de bain sont conforme aux photos et description. On y dort tres bien! L'emplacement est bucolique, un ruisseau borde le chalet se qui rend le tout très charmant! Je recommande à 100% Merci encore et au plaisir de revenir
